Beijing HCSTCOM "Hangzhou Metro Line 1" Metro PIS (Passenger Information System) Success Case
With the development needs of urban modernization, metro travel has become
the main mode of transportation for people. The future development of urban
rail transit systems in our country will bring enormous impacts to our lives. The
metro's "PIS (Passenger Information System)" has become an essential guide
for passengers and a media platform for news and advertising.
Case Study: Hangzhou Metro Line 1
PIS Transmitter: Based on the client's requirements and considering the on-site
usage environment, our company custom-developed a new PIS signal
transmitter that supports 1 SDI input; 1 optional HDMI input; 8 optical outputs;
RS232 control interface for remote control and platform display screen power
on/off functions.

OPS Receiver: According to the client's requirements, our company redesigned the OPS output ports. The OPS interface outputs HDMI video signal, audio
signal, and RS232 control signal to the display screen through a single fiber
optic input. This reform of traditional wired connection methods prevents signal
failures caused by cable issues. The HDMI, audio, and RS232 interfaces on the
OPS receiver panel can serve as backup interfaces.
